BTS is back!

After 8 months, BTS is finally back with their new album entitled, "In The Mood For Love Pt. 1". It was released last April 29, 2015 and topped the charts!

Rap Monster said, "We made the keyword 'The most beautiful moment in life' but we thought it also includes a little gloomy face of the youth. So not only the most beautiful moment of youth but also focusing on the anxiety and insecureness."

The album contains 9 tracks including a skit.

Track List:

01. Intro : 화양연화
02. I NEED U
03. 아줘 (Hold Me Tight)
04. SKIT : Expectation!
05. 쩔어
06. 흥탄소년단
07. Converse High
08. 이사
09. Outro : Love is Not Over

All of the members participated in this album whether it be composing or producing. The first time the Intro was released, I only listened to it for about 5-7 times, I think? But when the album came out, I couldn't skip it. And their title song, "I NEED U"  is the second track. When I heard it in their album preview, I thought that I'll definitely love it and that it's gonna be sultry. I wasn't wrong it has some sultry beats (not only the beat but also the choreo) somewhere but after watching the music video, I somehow feel emotional whenever I hear this song. The third track is "잡아줘 (Hold Me Tight)", the song where V helped with the composition. This song got me when I heard Jimin's high note in the album preview. Next is "SKIT : Expectation!" which is obviously a skit from the title itself. Here, they talked about their expectations about this album and their previous ones. Now let's move on to "쩔어". This track wasn't in the album preview which is why I listened to it first. The beat is sick and it kinda reminds me of Florida's "GDFR". I love it so much. I just wow-ed and listened to it once again before I proceed to next song which is "흥탄소년단" (also called Fun Boys or BTS Diss)I heard the whole song first from a fancam and I thought, "Oh. This is so BTS." The vibe kinda brings me back to "Attack on Bangtan" era. Another track I've heard from a fancam was "Converse High". Seeing the title, Rap Monster immediately popped out my mind. I was like, "Seriously, Namjoon?" But it was awesome. I love the song and I couldn't stop replaying it along with 흥탄소년단 while I was waiting for the album to be released. And then let's go to the next track called "이사". Honestly, when I heard the album preview, I thought that it was good but it might be my least favorite in this album. But I was wrong! The raps (especially J-Hope's) and vocals are good and there's no way I can name it as my least favorite. And lastly, the outro, produced by the golden maknae of BTS, "Love is Not Over". Bruh, I couldn't even stopped replaying this in the album preview and when I heard the whole song, I totally became in love with it.

If asked which among those tracks is my favorite, I'm gonna answer all 9 tracks because why not? All are really good and I'm not even kidding. If you haven't heard it yet, what are you waiting for? Listen here.

Then last 30th of April 2015, BigHit dropped the music video of "I NEED U"--the title track of Bangtan's new album. It is different from their past music videos since they showed their acting instead of the usual dance video from their previous music videos. At first, I was a bit confused with the music video's story line but some scenes really moved me. Actually, a lot of interpretations and theories came up and the fans we're trying to unlock the real meaning behind the each scenes.

Personally, I have to say that this album has exceeded my expectations as an ARMY. From the concept, physical album design, the songs to the vocals/raps, everything is just so great. I think BTS needs to be recognized more in South Korea. If they could only see and appreciate how amazing and talented these kids are (sighs). To wrap this up, I just want to say that BTS did a brilliant job in making this album. I hope that they'd get what they deserve.
